Round Wire

Our Nitinol round wire is cold-drawn through a circular die, available in short lengths or full spools. Drawn, not rolled, ensures high flexibility and easy winding into intricate shapes. Heat treatments can set permanent shapes and modify properties. We supply black oxide and polished finishes, with other finishes available upon request. • Standard Temp: 45C, Softens at room temperature, reverts to set shape when heated above 45C
• High Temp: 80C, Softens at room temperature, reverts to set shape when heated above 80C
