Incredibly simple to use, our slicer’s intuitive controls allow you to adjust the thickness of your slices easily. The sliding carriage is gravity fed with the food tray angled toward the blade, allowing you to make precise cuts without manually feeding or pushing your roasts, hams, and pork bellies. Plus, the food holder and included hand guard offers added protection. This slicer can slice as thin as 1mm or as thick as 10mm (.4") and any thickness in-between, making it perfect for ultra-thin slices or thicker cuts of beef, chicken breast, dried salami, jerky slices, or even cheese. The stainless steel blade turns at 520 RPM for quick and easy slicing. A one hour run time gives you plenty of time to complete the job in one session. It is not suitable for cutting frozen foods or non-food items. An additional sharpening stone and drive belt are included with purchase.
