Model: MK 55100-50. This is a controller exclusively for the Dreamcast.
The instruction manual is also included.
It's an EU (European) model, characterized by the blue logo mark, but it seems it can also be used with the domestic Japanese Dreamcast.
*Please note*
Although I obtained this as an unused item, the box has some tears and overall wear and tear, such as scratches and dirt. However, the actual controller is clean. There was also some soiling on the instruction manual (ToT)
Even so, it's probably quite a rare item, isn't it? (´・ω・`)
