Collaboration

ASDF provides a global platform for collaboration among international institutions, research organizations, and industry leaders. Conclaves and networking events are organized periodically under the guidance of the respective Country Heads, offering valuable participation opportunities to members. These events enable academicians, researchers, and professionals to connect with international academic bodies, organizations, and companies, fostering meaningful partnerships and collaborations. Through these initiatives, ASDF has facilitated numerous opportunities that have helped students and researchers secure positions in leading global companies and research-driven organizations.

Research Project Grants

Promoting research excellence is one of ASDF’s core objectives. To encourage impactful research and development, ASDF provides sponsorship opportunities for projects that contribute to scientific advancement, innovation, publications, and intellectual property creation. In the last two years alone, ASDF has awarded funding of over $235,000 to 16 research projects. Furthermore, institutional members can apply for the prestigious Centre of Excellence (CoE) designation.

Conferences / Symposiums / Workshops

ASDF actively sponsors conferences, international symposiums, and workshops worldwide to promote research, innovation, and professional development. Over the past year, ASDF has supported more than 400 such events through both financial assistance and technical collaboration. ASDF Chapters are encouraged to submit proposals for conferences, symposiums, and workshops organized globally. In addition, ASDF members enjoy discounted registration fees for all ASDF-hosted events as well as events officially supported by ASDF.

Student Level Projects

ASDF is committed to nurturing students who will become the future contributors and leaders of the research and innovation community. As part of this commitment, ASDF provides financial support for deserving student projects undertaken during their course completion phase. Funding is awarded to genuine and innovative projects that demonstrate academic and practical value. ASDF also strongly promotes academic integrity by discouraging plagiarism and the outsourcing of project work. To encourage creativity, innovation, and technical excellence among students and early-career professionals, ASDF annually organizes the ASDF Project Awards and the ASDF Software Development Contest.

Student – Staff Exchange Programmes

ASDF plays a significant role in strengthening international collaboration between institutions and universities through its extensive network of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and strategic partnerships. These collaborations facilitate student and faculty exchange programs, providing valuable opportunities for participants to gain global exposure, share knowledge, and enhance their academic and professional experiences beyond geographical boundaries. Furthermore, ASDF assists in coordinating and facilitating credit transfer processes between partner institutions, ensuring a seamless academic transition for participating students.

Travel Grants for Research

ASDF provides support to researchers presenting their research papers at conferences and academic events that are financially or technically sponsored by the organization. This initiative helps reduce the travel-related expenses incurred by ASDF members, enabling greater participation in scholarly activities. To avail of this support, applications must be submitted through the respective ASDF Chapter Heads well in advance and receive prior approval before travel arrangements are made.

Conferences / Symposiums / Workshops Registration Sponsorship

Members with a valid ASDF Membership ID are entitled to a 20% concession on registration fees for all ASDF-supported conferences, symposiums, and workshops conducted across the globe.

Research Journals

ASDF publishes 13 international journals annually across a wide range of disciplines, including Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Mechanical Engineering, Management, Electronics, and other emerging fields. All journals carry valid ISSN registrations and are dedicated to promoting high-quality research and scholarly communication. Since their inception in 2010, these journals have steadily grown in reputation and academic impact. Each submission undergoes a rigorous peer-review process conducted by a panel of subject-matter experts, ensuring the highest standards of quality and research integrity.

ISBN Sponsorship for Authors

ASDF encourages its members and authors to contribute to the academic community by writing textbooks and reference materials that promote knowledge sharing and learning. To support this initiative, ASDF facilitates ISBN sponsorship for eligible publications without any financial obligation to the author. As part of the ISBN processing requirements, authors are requested to submit two copies of the published book to the ASDF India office within three months of ISBN issuance for further documentation and processing.

Annual Relationship Conclave / FDP / SDP

ASDF organizes annual networking and relationship-building conclaves in various countries, bringing together organizations, researchers, scientists, academicians, and students on a common platform. These conclaves foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation while strengthening professional and academic networks within the global community. The events create opportunities for new research initiatives, career advancement, industry partnerships, and regional development. In addition, skill development and certification programs are conducted as part of the conclave to enhance participants' professional competencies and expertise.

PG / Doctoral Course Complete Sponsorship

Through its extensive network of Memorandums of Agreement (MoAs) with universities worldwide, ASDF facilitates exclusive scholarship and sponsorship opportunities for deserving members. Selected meritorious students may receive comprehensive support that includes tuition fees, accommodation, and living stipends for pursuing postgraduate and doctoral (Ph.D.) studies. Eligible ASDF members are nominated and recommended for these opportunities by their respective Chapter Heads based on merit and established selection criteria.

Awards Nomination Eligibility

ASDF annually recognizes excellence and outstanding achievements through 27 prestigious award categories. These awards honor distinguished professionals and contributors across diverse fields, including Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs), Academic Chairpersons, Professors, Deans, Computer Science Faculty Members, Industry Researchers, Academic Researchers, Scientific Researchers, Human Resources Administrators, and recipients of Lifetime Achievement Awards, as well as exceptional student projects. Holding an ASDF membership provides the fundamental eligibility to apply for and be considered for these distinguished awards.

DCRC Registration

ASDF maintains a rigorous verification mechanism for authors seeking copyright registration for papers presented at ASDF-hosted or supported conferences. While non-members may be required to complete additional identity verification procedures, including credit or debit card validation, ASDF members are provided with specific exemptions and privileges under the verification process.
